Pothole on the middle of the road

There are a few pothole a long of the Warren Avenue, getting bigger and bigger by the day. a few weeks ago was repaired one pothole, but the one just opposite, one metre away was left , why???? we don't know, but it seen a wasted of resources to come again and again to the same places, lorry , petrol, people ???? street cut to traffic. We are sure must be an explanation of that, we just don't know
