Good afternoon, Residents of Bargrove Close have raised concerns regarding the communal green area at the rear of the blocks, which includes a large tree. We understand that the land is owned by Bromley Council and is not maintained by Clarion. Residents have specifically highlighted that the issue of the leaning tree remains unresolved and continues to be a cause for concern. Could you please look into this matter and advise of an update regarding the tree? Thank you for your assistance.
