Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the condition of the footpaths and green areas at Cotmandene Crescent 9-27

I am a mother with children and I walk through this area every day. Unfortunately, litter has been present for a long time without being removed. For example, an orange shirt that I noticed last summer is still in the same place.

There also appears to be ongoing accumulation of rubbish in both the paths and green spaces, which affects the appearance and usability of the area for local residents, including families with children.

I understand that services may be under pressure, however I would be very grateful if the area could be inspected and cleaned. As a council taxpayer, I also hope that public spaces are maintained to a good standard.
