The meads,meppershall road.opposite the pastures

Reported via mobile in the Kerbs category anonymously at 12:37, Wednesday 3 June 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14304.

Since resurfacing of the road the level of road tarmac exceeds the height of my dropped kerb.when it rains water flows across the pavement and flows into my driveway and down to my house. It is very worrying with a heavy down pour.

  • Heard nothing ,but problem with flooding due to raised height of road surface breaching my dropped kerb is not only ongoing but getting worse.it would be helpfull if an inspector from highways dept could at least come to see the problem. Chris carley.
