The words ABAR (believed to mean Anti Bias Anti Racist) are sprayed on the stone pillars that are between pavement and green area. It's on Lambeth Palace Road close to Lambeth Bridge.

Updates

There are too many graffiti tags along the river near Westminster. It does not make a good impression at all. The council should pretty it up. We get many visitors, they deserve a nicer experience.
