BT cover dropped by 17cm

Reported to council 4 months ago. Openreach came to fix. Dug a hole around the cover, then filled in the hole they had dug, hasnt solved the problem at all, this is dangerous and seems to sink lower by the month. Another dip of several inches is now appearing about a metre away. Seems like the whole pavement is sinking. The problem is on the path outside of 10 Arnott Road, Holt, NR25 6EP

  • BT came and dug a hole around the cover. The 3 days later another crew arrived and filled in the hole ! Never touched the sunken cover so problem no different.
