Bushes are over taking again.. needs cutting back before it gets worse.. even going into persons back garden.. Same thing happens every year.. Thanks for your help

    They came today but didn't cut the bits thats needs doing... the old man's beard is taking over everything... its going in the garden front and back.. needs cutting right down or taking right out.. please help 🙏
