Road and pavement - leaves and weeds

This lane has been full of leaf debris for at least a month, all along the road. There doesn't seem to be any road sweeping being done. Occasionally we would see a man driving a machine to do this, but not for a long time. The trees overhanging from Priory Gardens have not been trimmed in years and they are causing the issues. The pavement is also full of weeds, so that pedestrians are choosing to walk on the road, specially if they have pushchairs or elderly with walkers. I had taken more photos of these issues but for some reason I could only upload one. The weeds are also growing out of the beautiful stone wall, and probably causing damage.
