Someone has dumped it in my neighbours front garden, they are refusing to move it and have had a falling out with said neighbour. Its been weeks since it was only meant to be temporary they said to the neighbour. No number plates on Glass is constantly on the floor on our shared path as the wind and rain gets in because the back window is smashed in
