Tree cracking the floor to the house

The images show outside 2 Halsey Avenue the tree is overgrown and branches falling into the path and the front garden were the resident’s 2yo and 4yo play. So it needs cutting back as a matter of urgency and not wait for a serious accident to a child or adult. The tree itself is so overgrown and unstable from the base it has caused a crack from the tree to the foot of the house. This is a serious issue which has previously been dismissed by the council which needs escalation
