Tree is damaged problem

I am the resident of 2 Deans walk, GL1 2QP. I would like to inform you that tree branches have entered my property and becoming threat for my property.
So I am kindly requesting you to take necessary steps to cut tree branches and give a safe look of my property. I have attached couple of pictures for your concern.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
