Litter and overgrown vegetation around fenced-off area near the building entrance

There is a significant amount of litter scattered around the fenced‑off area in front of the building, including plastic bags, loose rubbish and general debris. The ground looks neglected, with weeds and vegetation growing through cracks in the pavement and along the fence line.
