Trees need cutting back, structures look dangerous

The tree in the youth centre/community hub grounds next door to my property have not been maintained for a number of years (I don't think I have been aware of any tree surgery since moving in in 1999). The tree are big and over growing the car park and I believe represent a material danger should work not be undertaken to maintain them properly.
