Poor repair and no clean up

A few holes in the degraded road surface have been filled todat but a large pile of stones which i assume was brushed out from the hole have just been left in a pile next to the repair, the level of workmanship and care and attention are terrible. The whole cul de sac needs properly resurfacing.
