Pot holes and uneven damaged pavements

The pavement/dropped kerb leading to my drive is badly damaged and has pot holes. The uneven payment is a trip hazard and when it rains water water pools here which means that pedestrians are walking onto a busy road/junction to get past. The pedestrians include parents which you children in pushchairs and and disabled people in wheelchairs.

The damaged pavement has been getting worse over the last couple of years and nothing has been done about it.
