Abandoned van
Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9534005.
This van has been parked in a disabled bay without a blue badge on display for over 5 weeks. No one has been to the van to check on it, it has been left here. I can only assume the person it belongs to (name of person or relative can be seen on paperwork left in the car) doesn’t live on the road or near here. The road is already full of cars and it’s making it more difficult for people to drive and park outside their own houses.
