Flag on lampost
Reported via desktop in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 08:23, Sunday 31 May 2026
Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 hours, 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9533408.
Section 132 of the Highways Act 1980 makes it a criminal offence in the UK to affix, paint, or inscribe any sign, picture, or advertisement on the surface of a highway, tree, or street structure without the highway authority's consent.
These flags have been on the lamppost for months why hasn't HDC removed them. I have previously reported and they have not been removed.
WHY?
Need to be removed within a week.

HCC and Hart are absolutely useless.
