Flytipping left near wheelie bin at layby in Stow Bedon

Sent to Breckland District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 953256.

I visited the bottle bank on 6th Jan, and saw that there was a large amount of rubbish left in the layby beside the wheelie bin. Not your normal sort of rubbish that you'd leave if you had parked there, it looked like some sort of packaging. No cars in vicinity when I visited, about 1030hrs.
