Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9523673.

Either side of the road. North side of road the leak is pouring via the access cover

South side of road the water leaks up through the grass beaide the telephone/power pole.

Ita a heatwave and the puddle in the grass gets bigger. Its clearly leaking.
