Abandoned large van abandoned near T junction causing nuisance to other drivers turning in the T junction.

Van with plate no. BG67 0WB has been sitting in the same location like a dead duck for over a month (see photo 1). It causes nuisance to other drivers especially during peak time for getting to and from schools and work. I am not sure if the van has been abandoned or the driver has treated that spot as their own turf. Just right around the corner behind it is a medium sized carpark which can accommodate 15-20 cars (see photo 2).
