EV Charging in Lampost, blocking 3 driveways

A Fuuse EV charger has recently been installed in this streetlight. The problem arises as the streetlight is on double yellows and the charger can only be accessed legally from one side. However, drivers are choosing to ignore the double yellow lines, illegally park on the double yellow lines (which covers 3 driveways) and charge their car which results in blocking access. There are other nearby lamposts that do not have yellow lines, please relocate the charger.

The car is half parked on double yellow lines to access the charger. Not only illegally parked, but blocking three driveways.
