Overgrown hedge and gutters/drains full of leaves

Sent to Leicester City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 951446.

The hedge row needs chopping down and back off the road as some branches are encroaching on the highway. Also the leaves are thick in the gutters so blocking the drains. I have seen the council tractor cutting the hedges on the roundabout nearby today and it would take a matter of minutes to cut these hedges down and back off the road.
