Drain blockage

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9513852.

Two drains are blocked on the East side of the road - one right at the 30mph sign and the other a bit further along towards Watlington. They are completely filled and I am unable to unblock them myself. When it rains this part of the road floods dangerously as people are entering it doing 40mph.
