Light not working

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9513658.

The bus shelter light is not working. I believe it works from a pv panel on the roof and has been out of service for a couple of years. No streetlights at this point so pitch black in the winter.
