Blocked pavement between Cecil Road and City College

The pavement between Cecil Road and City College is partially blocked near the crossing. This is because of an overgrown hedge and includes potentially dangerous brambles overhanging the path at child's eye height. This road is heavily used by schoolchildren and the obstruction needs to be cut back

If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would have been providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)!
