Whole roundabout is covered in potholes a very uneven surface

The road surface on the round about is full of potholes, some have been filled but not very well. Road surface is every uneven an can only be driven very slowly navigating around the holes to avoid damaging car wheels. The issue has been going on for a long time with no apparent repairs being done, it's quite ridiculous and unsafe. The whole round about needs resurfacing as is used constantly and often by heavy lorries.
