Vehicles causing parking problems

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 950664.

There are cars parked up within sayers orchard, which looks like they have been Abandoned, theses cars are causing parking problems. when all the spaces are full, other residents are being forced to park on the roadway, on the corner of the footpath turning into Sayers Orchard "which is very Dangerous" and also parking across other residents cars, which is now getting frustrating.
