Spring channel flowing over footpath slippery

Seems the natural Spring have been channelled to flow over footpath, it’s causing a very slippery wide puddle which is dangerous to cross especially for elderly people and children.Pleeas address asap by putting a pipe either under the pavement or making a drain in pathway so water doesn’t overflow all over 5-6 feet width and cause puddle on path. Thanks
