Massive pothole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9504060.

Hit a massive pothole here, it's in a dip in the road and due to shade from overhanging trees it's very difficult to see/avoid, why has this not been filled in? as others have clearly been highlighting if for a long time! I do ride a motorbike also and if this is hit by motorcycle I dred to think of the consequences, a potential death is definitely possible.
