Manhole outside 67 Burford Road (opposite Chipping Norton School)
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9502487.
Sunken manhole cover which: A) threw two cyclists off due to dip in road (grazed but not severely injured and went on their way) B) Bangs twice loudly every time a car drives over it, keeping residents of 67 and 69 Burford Road awake at night and disturbing during day.
Has got increasingly worse over months. Can send a video of it 'in action'!
