Hello, I would like to report a loose/rattling manhole cover (utility access cover) in the road at Mandy crescent Ton Pentre CF41 7ES

The cover moves and makes a very loud banging/rattling noise every time vehicles drive over it, especially during the night. It has become a significant noise nuisance and may also be a safety issue if it continues to loosen.

I have attached a photo for reference. Please could this be inspected and repaired as soon as possible.
