Palm-sized hole in manhole cover. It is situated directly opposite the turning for Towersey Road on the B4012/Eastern Bypass/Howland Road in Thame.

I don't know how long the hole has been in the manhole cover unfortunately, I've not walked past it before. It is big enough for a small animal to fall in and drown.
