Gutters & pavements needs delittered (again)

This southern stretch of Dumbarton Rd (multiple food outlets) is a mess again - roadside gutters & pavement needs delittered & swept, again. This needs to be done pro-activel every 2 months, not perpetually reactively & solely reliant on public reporting, again. Or do NRS mgt purely run a complaints service these days?

Not helped, of course, by the recent 'gully cleaning' fail ie despite notices & warning, NO vehicles were removed from this stretch (indeed any at all).

Note that, as said vehicles are ALWAYS in situ, the litter needs manual clearance, between the vehicles. Or is that too difficult to organise successfully too?
