Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9490208.

Manhole cover is collapsing, has been reported numerous times over last year and this year, is a danger to drivers and pedestrians, I have reported it in February and was told this has been resolved. Also water constantly pouring out as well, which is a total waste.
