Wildly overgrown grass verge needs delittered & cut

When is this resident-facing plot going to be deliterred & cut again? It was last cut in June 2025.

The 90% (non-native, allelopathic) rye grass is that tall in places now it reaches the lower tree branches and is as high as the footpath railing line.

It is not a 'green corridor' or 'biodiverse' other than in the lazy imaginings of the 'cash-strapped' council. It is the worst maintained plot on the entire A814 (and possibly even in the city). This despite its a) historic significance b) being wholly resident facing ie clue in name 'Victoria Park Drive South'.
