Road has been deliberately narrowed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9485037.

The person living in the boarded up former pub has narrowed the road outside by placing soil / grass and bins out into the road. This has resulted in an extremely dangerous situation on a blind corner and the road is eroding in the other side.
