Hedge (not private) overgrown and over the road

The hedgerow has riverfront most if the way along the road. It is so far over the road the drivers are having to straddle the centre line to avoid the hedgerow scratching vehicles. There are also pedestrian crossings in the middle of the bedroom which are now very occluded due to the overgrown vegetation as are the wooden safety signs.
