Noisy telecom utility cover in road

Thames Water inspected a noisy and unsafe utility cover outside 24 Eldon Road, RG1 4DL, on 11 May and advised that the adjacent Verizon cover appears loose in its frame. Vehicles driving over it create a loud banging noise. The issue has now been present for 2 months. Please could this be inspected and secured.
