Vast overgrowth covering pavement/footpath

Under all this weed and ivy is a pedestrian pavement, which has been neglected for years (Shown in the photos from 2015 compared to now) this needs clearing along with the trees and shrubs that overhang on the same side which also need cutting. Pedestrians are walking in the road and there are elderly people and disabled people too. This creates a risk for all these people and needs to be cleared up. This problem has been reported four times in the past year and no work has been undertaken. This end of the Nook is completely neglected. Can this be looked into and sorted please. Many thanks.
