Massive series of potholes down the hill

These potholes have been in this state for nearly a year now.
There’s a series of big potholes on both sides of the road as you come down the hill. There’s two big ones exactly in your tyre tracks in the section that the cars park next to. You can’t avoid them.
Particularly dangerous in bright sunlight or wet conditions as you can’t see them in dappled shade or puddles.
These are going to kill a motorbiker soon.
