Derilict land , fly tipping, fox holes , danger to residents

Sent to Dudley Borough Council 4 minutes later
A large piece of derelict land on Dixons Green Road, facing the petrol station, has now become the haven for foxes, Japanese knotweed and for those irresponsible residents who used it as their private rubbish tip. The land was given permission to build by Dudley Council, as there are abandoned foundations for homes, but the building project came to a halt in 2008. The land was securely closed off but now it is open to the public. IT IS AN EYESORE. Since there is no light ( the land is large) potential thieves could access the back of the properties. THIS IS DANGEROUS. PLEASE CLEAN IT, SECURE IT, DUDLEY WILL BECOME A SLUM OTHERWISE.
Still open, via questionnaire, 15:33, Sat 21 January 2017
The waste enforcement officer from the council has identified the owner of this land. He has inspected the land and has written to the owner to address the problem. Whether the owner cleans the land and meets his/hers responsibility is another matter.
