Vegetation and verge have encroached so far into the road that large traffic cannot pass in both directions at the same time

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 16:22, Saturday 16 May 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9462358.

On the West side (left in photos) of this road, the vegetation / trees / shrubs / verge has, over time, allowed to become so over-grown into the road that when large traffic converges from opposite directions (e.g. HGV on one side, car on the other), one vehicle has to pull over onto the pavement.

You can see from the 'SLOW' marking on the road - only 'LOW' is visible.
