Man whole river on foot path by Italian restaurant, very dangerous , anyone could step into it coursing injury. It's deep and in the dark will be more of a problem, needs immediate cover even if only temporary for the time being as I know it takes weeks and months to fix anything, due to reporting poles in abingdon which are still not fixed.

    We noticed this on Saturday morning at 1035, we thought it was dangerous so put this red barrier around it to make people aware
