Multiple cars and vans parked on pavements. Taking up entire pavement forcing pedestrians onto the road. Blocking view of cars driving in or out. Cars parked on both sides of pavement blocking access for larger or emergency vehicles
There are lots of empty parking bays but people are parking on pavements to avoid payments. As there's no restrictions and parking enforcement officers are unable to ticket
