Comercial rubbish in rubbish containers

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9459348.

Looks like they are filling up the containers with 25l commercial oil tins and cardboard boxes from wines and deliveries instead of using there own service.
