Significant rubbish still remains

A fly tip was reported on Cemetery Road. The furniture on the pavement has been removed but a large amount of rubbish still remains in the undergrowth next to the buildings here. It’s far too much for regular litter picking and needs to be treated as a fly tip. Perhaps there’s evidence in the bags there.
