This month, december 2016 the fencing along the Bure Vallley Railway has been re-positioned between Little Hautbois and Great Hautbois. The fencing has been renewed but the new fence line encroaches onto the existing footpath by around 1 metre see photo. This has narrowed the footpath considerably in this area moving it closer to an embankment and making it more dangerous to walk or cycle along. I thought that planning permission should be obtained if a fence boundary is moved but I could see none displayed.
