Land rover parking on pavement causing people to walk on the road no disability access severe accident just waiting to happen vehicles parking all over pavement in this road and getting worse blocks access, visibility zero.cars racing up and down all manor of the day. It's got out of hand. The problem has been ongoing and getting worse.
