Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9456846.

Bad garbage dump. Recycling bins rules ignored. No pick ups for several months. Lambeth garbage men will not pick up the mess. Flytip. Attacking more garbage and vermin. Please clean this up regularly. Thank you.
