I have reported this issue previously some time ago. It has still not been resolved. The “temporary” chapter 8 barrier is repeated In disarray and a hazard to pedestrians and motorists alike. The response to my original report was that the retaining wall was the responsibility of the council. This wall collapsed years ago and really should now be addressed permanently.

The chapter 8 barriers have now been replaced by far more suitable roadbarrier
